“Six months in, I was leading a team of 20”

P&G develops future leaders by giving us early responsibility. Within my first six months, I took over a team of 20 which gave me a great platform to explore and to take my leadership skills from good to great. It was a lot to take on, but I like to think positively. I had a lot of new challenges to face and had to stretch myself but two years on, I always look for the possibilities in every task and opportunity—it’s how I move forward. It also helps to have managers and peers with a passion for winning, and who support everyone around them.
